Dr. Polo performs breast augmentation using new Keller Funnel device.
	Dr. Polo uses a new device called Keller Funnel in a breast augmentation procedure. This device helps place larger silicone implants through a small incision. It adds to procedure safety by allowing use of no-touch technique. It also minimizes contamination, reduces risk of infection and allows non-traumatic insertion of implant.

Dr. Polo performed body contouring procedures - Breast Reduction and Abdominoplasty on patient
	This first video shows pictures of 49-year-old patient who lost over 100lbs of weight through diet and exercise. This was before the patient underwent body contouring procedures such as breast reduction and abdominoplasty.

	In this second video, Dr. Polo is shown here with the patient 3 months after breast reduction and abdominoplasty procedures. The patient reduced her breasts to at least 1 ½ cup size. She also underwent a body contouring procedure known as abdominoplasty or tummy tuck. Patient has minimal scarring with nice contour of the abdomen. She is scheduled to go back and do a slight revision as he explains it in this video.

	Dr. Polo is shown here with a female patient diagnosed with breast cancer in one breast. Because of history of cancer in the family, the patient opted for prophylactic mastectomy on the other breast. Dr. Polo performed Bilateral Implant Reconstruction on both breasts and explains the procedure in this video.

Dr. Polo talks about Keloid Removal surgery on patient's ear.
	Dr. Polo performed an excision of keloid scar on a female patient's ear. The patient developed a dumbbell keloid scar after she had a 2nd ear piercing. Dr. Polo removed the keloid scar and reconstructed earlobe. The result looks very natural as you can see in this video.

	Dr. Polo is shown here with a 36 year-old breast cancer patient, with cancer on the right breast. She is scheduled to have oncoplastic reduction surgery, a breast conserving therapy. Dr. Polo explains the procedure, performing a lumpectomy instead of mastectomy. This breast reduction procedure will leave the patient with minimal scarring and nice cosmetic result.
